User Agreement
User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) regulates the relationship between the owner of https://airdrops-crypto.com/ (hereinafter Airdrops-Crypto or Administration) on one side and the user of the site on the other side.
The Airdrops-Crypto website is not a mass media outlet.
By using the site, you agree to the terms of this agreement.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Administration has the right to:

- Restrict access to any information on the site
- Create, modify, or delete information
- Delete user accounts
- Refuse registration without explanation
The user is obligated to:
- Ensure the accuracy of the information provided
- Safeguard personal data from third-party access
- Update personal data provided during registration in case of changes
- When copying information from other sources, include information about the author
- Not distribute information that promotes war, incites national, racial, or religious hatred and enmity, or any other information for the dissemination of which criminal or administrative liability is provided
- Not disrupt the functioning of the site
- Not create multiple user accounts on the site if they are actually owned by the same person
- Not engage in actions that mislead other users
- Not transfer the use of their account and/or login and password to third parties
- Not register an account on behalf of or instead of another person, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation
- Not post materials of an advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive nature, as well as any other information whose posting is prohibited or contradicts the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation
- Not use scripts (programs) for automated data collection and/or interaction with the site and its services
The Administration is obligated to:
- Maintain the functionality of the site except in cases where this is not possible due to reasons beyond the Administration’s control.
Liability of the Parties
- The user is solely responsible for the information they distribute
- The Administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
- The Administration is not responsible for the mismatch between the services expected by the user and the services actually received
- The Administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties
- In case of a force majeure situation (military actions, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of information posted by the user, nor the uninterrupted operation of the informational resource
Terms of the Agreement
This Agreement comes into effect upon any use of this site.
The Agreement ceases to be valid when a new version is published.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this agreement at its discretion.
The Administration is not obligated to notify users about changes to the Agreement.
